Instructions:

1. Fill in the blanks on the poster with a permanent marker
2. Place a photo in the photo holder
3. Embellish as desired with stickers
4. Hang on wall in the hospital room

"I came up with the idea for See Me In 3D™ while working in the ER and ICU over the past 13 years. Time and again, I found myself wondering what patients looked like and what they liked to do when they weren't in hospital gowns hooked up to monitors, ventilators, and IV's. I found myself seeing patients more as 3-dimensional people when their families were involved and brought pictures and books from home.
